If you like Hummingbirds, Red Hill sits along a major migration path. They are a fun summer visitor to this area. The first few show up in mid April. The rest follow the summer rains as they come North from Mexico in July.    I should have several hundred here from July - October.  That is if I can stay on top of the feeder situation!   At the peak of the Hummer season I will have 17 feeders up.    There are so many birds they consume nearly 4 gallons of food everyday!
